Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure that I can accommodate all of my clients effectively and minimise disruptions to our schedule, I have implemented the following cancellation policy:


Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to allow me to offer the appointment time to another client. If you fail to provide at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation or do not show up for your scheduled appointment (a "no-show"), you will be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fees:

Cancellations with less that 24 hours notice:
For cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment price will be charged. This fee helps to compensate for the time and resources that were allocated for your appointment and ensures that I can continue to provide high-quality care to all my clients.

No shows:
For no shows, a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment price will be charged. This fee helps to compensate for the time and resources that were allocated for your appointment and ensures that I can continue to provide high-quality care to all my clients

Understanding that Life Happens:

I understand that unexpected circumstances may arise that make it difficult to provide advance notice of cancellation. If you have extenuating circumstances that prevent you from attending your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.
